Refund policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Order cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product description or availability. If that happens and your payment has already been processed, you get a full refund. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Pre-orders

Our drops are sold as pre-orders. Each NV-1 is CNC milled to order and production takes around 8 weeks. The shipping date is an estimate based on the current schedule, not a guarantee. We email you if it moves.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, it cannot be stopped or redirected, and the normal 14-day return process applies from the day you receive it.

If you have a question about your pre-order, email us first. We usually answer within one business day. A payment dispute does not speed up production.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your putter to request a return. The same 14-day window applies to exchanges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the putter must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with the headcover, the grip wrapping, the shaft protection and all original packaging.

A putter is easy to test without marking it. Try it indoors on a clean carpet or a putting mat, the way you would in a shop. In practice this means the sole must be free of scratches, grass stains, grit and sand; the face must be unmarked; the grip must be clean and unworn; and the headcover, shaft, packaging and shipping tube must come back together and undamaged.

A putter that has been used on a course, a range or an outdoor practice green will show on the sole and the face. You can still return it under your statutory right of withdrawal, but we may deduct for the reduction in value. See "Returns that arrive used" below.

The shipping tube is part of the product presentation. Please do not tape a shipping label directly onto the printed box inside it.

How to start a return

Email us at service@nollgolf.com with your order number and tell us whether you want a refund, store credit or an exchange. We will reply with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Items sent back to us without a return being requested first will not be accepted.

Return costs and shipping

The NV-1 ships in a 100 cm tube, which makes return freight more expensive than for a normal parcel. We keep the fee at cost rather than marking it up.

We provide prepaid return labels for customers in Sweden and the EU. If you choose store credit instead of money back, no return fee is deducted.

If you choose a monetary refund, the following fees apply when you use our prepaid label:

RegionReturn fee
Sweden99 SEK
European Union20 EUR

When you return your order using our prepaid label, the parcel is insured by us. If it is lost or damaged on the way back, that is our responsibility and not yours. Contact us and we will sort it out.

If you return from a country where we don't provide a prepaid label, you arrange and pay for the return shipping. Mark the parcel as "Returned goods – original sale from Noll Golf AB" so it isn't charged import tax on the way back. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees billed to us on your return are deducted from your refund.

Import charges you paid on delivery are not refundable by us. Your local customs authority collects them, and they were never part of your payment to Noll Golf. Return freight for a 100 cm box can be expensive, so check the cost with your carrier before sending anything.

If you use your own return method, you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches our warehouse. If the parcel is lost, you need to file the claim with your carrier. Keep the tracking number and the shipping receipt until we have confirmed that your return arrived.

Exchanges

The NV-1 comes in 33", 34" and 35". If you ordered the wrong length, we will exchange it.

You get one free exchange per order in Sweden. Within the EU, one exchange per order is available at a reduced fee of 20 EUR, which covers the return leg only. Tell us in your return request which length you want, and make the request inside the same 14-day window.

Exchanges depend on stock in the current drop. If your length is sold out, we refund you instead.

Refunds and processing time

Returns are received and inspected at our warehouse in Sweden. Allow up to two weeks from the day you send your return for it to arrive and be processed. Longer routes from outside Sweden can add a few days on top of that.

Refunds. Once approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Store credit. Issued immediately after processing.

Store credit

Store credit is sent to you as a gift card code by email. It is denominated in Swedish kronor, does not expire, and works on anything on our site. You can spend it across several orders until the balance runs out.

Store credit cannot be converted back to cash or returned to your payment method once issued, and no return fee is deducted when you choose it. It is always optional. You can take the money back instead.

Returns that arrive used

Every return is inspected when it arrives.

If the putter comes back in original, unused condition, you get the full refund or the full store credit.

If it has been used, you still have your statutory right of withdrawal, but we may deduct an amount that reflects the reduction in value. That amount depends on the condition. Light handling marks are usually nothing. Sole scratches, face marks, a used grip or a missing headcover reduce what we can resell the putter for, and the deduction reflects that. We will always tell you the amount and the reason before we process the refund.

If a parcel is refused on delivery or not collected, see "Refused or uncollected parcels" in our Shipping Policy.

Faults, damage and wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the putter is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. Send a photo if you can. We will make it right, and you will not pay return freight on a fault.

Your statutory rights on faulty goods apply in full and are not limited by anything in this policy. In Sweden, that includes a three-year right of complaint under konsumentköplagen for defects that were present at delivery.

Normal wear from playing golf is not a fault. Anodising wears, faces mark and grips age.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and store credit cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If we build you a custom or personalised putter, for example a non-standard length, a custom grip or an engraving, that order cannot be returned unless it is faulty, since we cannot resell it. We will make this clear before you order.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the EU, the EEA (including Norway) or the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To use it, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the putter back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return freight unless the item is faulty.

We refund what you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return or of you proving that you sent it. This right applies alongside everything above.

Pre-order drops

The NV-1 is sold in limited drops as a pre-order. Each putter is made after the drop closes. The dispatch date on the product page and in your confirmation email is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If production or freight moves it, we email you the new estimate. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

Where your order ships from

Depending on the drop and your destination, your order ships from our warehouse in Sweden or directly from our production partner. Your shipping confirmation tells you which.

Dispatch and tracking

You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Carrier transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs checks, strikes, weather or other events outside our control.

Duties, import VAT and customs fees

As a guide, import VAT is 20% in the UK, 25% in Norway and 8.1% in Switzerland, plus duty where it applies and a carrier handling fee. US duties and tariffs change often, so check them before you order.

Refused or uncollected parcels

Your order may be refused on delivery, left unpaid at customs, or not collected before the carrier's deadline. It is then sent back to us, or the carrier may abandon or destroy it. We treat this as a cancellation.

We refund your order once the putter is back with us. We deduct the return freight and any duties, fees or storage costs billed to us. For orders outside the EU/EEA and the UK, we also deduct the original shipping cost. If the carrier does not return the parcel, we cannot issue a refund.

Your address

Please check your address at checkout. You can change it by emailing us any time before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, you pay to have it sent again.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the putter. This helps us claim from the carrier and does not limit your statutory rights.

If tracking stops updating for 10 business days, contact us. We open a claim and send a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you don't have it, we open an investigation with the carrier. Please check with neighbours and your local pickup point first.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order to a destination we can no longer serve.
